The app is a fitness training tool. To provide its features, we collect training-related information you enter or generate while using the app, including:

• Workout logs (exercises performed, sets, reps, and weights)
• Strength estimates (such as one-rep-max values) calculated from your training and profile
• Program progress and training history

This information is used to run the app’s training features — for example, calculating recommended weights for your workouts and tracking your strength over time. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.

d. Purchase and Subscription Information

Purchases in the app — subscriptions and individual training programs — are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive or store your payment card details. We receive limited transaction information, such as which product was purchased, subscription status, renewal state, and expiration date, so the app can unlock the content you paid for.

3. Purchases and Subscriptions

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time program purchases. All payments are handled by Apple through your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device’s App Store subscription settings. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

We use RevenueCat, a subscription-management service, to process purchase confirmations from Apple and keep your access up to date. RevenueCat receives transaction identifiers and subscription status — never your payment details.

4. How We Share Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers who help us operate the app — such as cloud hosting and database services, subscription management, crash reporting, analytics, email delivery, and customer support
• If required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request
• To protect our rights, users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, sale, financing, or acquisition of all or part of our business

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the app, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you delete your account, your personal information and training data are deleted.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can:

• Access and update your profile information at any time in the app
• Delete your account and associated data directly in the app (Profile → Delete my account)
• Opt out of certain communications
• Disable app permissions through your device settings

8. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with third-party services to function, such as payment processing (Apple App Store), subscription management, cloud hosting, crash reporting, and analytics providers. 9. Children's Privacy

The app is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the app does not allow anyone under 13 to create an account. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. International Users

If you use the app from outside the country where our servers or service providers are located, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in other countries where data protection laws may differ.
